I am doing a webi report, the report have 3 columns and in some rows the report has in column 1 NO VALUE (it means the cell is empty or null) in column 2 0 and in column 3 0 again. For me 0 or NULL is the same and I need to hide or delete these rows but I don't know how.
During testing BO XI 3.1, I found the error message " Maximum binary output size limit reached (ERR_WIS_30271)." Pls advise

We have migrated universes and web I reports from BO 3.1 environment to BO 4.0 platform. When I try to build these reports from these universes, I get the following result .
Database error: (CS) "COM Provider CLSID not specified or erroneous" . (IES 10901) (WIS 10901)
What could be the issue here?
Do I need to install SQL Server Native Client ??I visited the following link :

I would like to use the 'Advanced' Web Intelligence editor.
Unfortunately, when I attempt to edit a WI report, I get a message that reads 'This software has already been installed on your computer. Would you like to reinstall it?'
If I allow the installation, Java 6, Update 3 is downloaded and installed. I restart the browser. Attempting to edit the WI report generates the installation message.
If I don't allow the installation, I get an error that reads 'Cannot launch Java Report Panel, please make sure you have installed a Java virtual machine.'.
It never gets out of this installation loop.
At one point, the Advance editor worked, then something changed.
The Java Control Panel indicates that I have JRE versions 1.6.0_03 and 1.6.0._20 installed (in the Java Applet Runtime Settings). In addition, versions 1.4.2_04, 1.4.2_07, 1.4.2_12, and 1.6.0_03 are listed in the JNLP Runtime settings.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

I'm using BOXI 3.1 WebI and have a need to show multiple values of a column in a comma delimited list. I tried using a horizontal table but if the list goes over the right margin it creates a new page instead of wrapping to the next line like we want. I can do what I want in Oracle sql using the WM_CONCAT aggregate function but haven't found a way to do it in WebI reports. Has anyone figured out a way to do this?

Any idea how I can download the FREE version of SAP Business Objects Web Intelligence 4.0? I have installed the Business Object Edge which runs good but some new universes and some actions have been added to the 4.0 version which are not part of the Busines Object Edge. Any help?

When we try to run WEBI report on BW query for Cost center accounting infocube its giving following error when we add measure in the info view.
"A database error occured. The database text is: Error in MDDataSetBW.GetCellData. See RFC trace file or SAP system log for more details. (WIS 10901)"
We did a trace and came to know that BO user id doesnt have authorization for Admin work bench. But when we authorize too its giving same error.
This error populates only when we drag measure into the info view of Webi and if we drag any characteristic it works fine.
Any help is highy appreciated.

Dear Friends, I have created a webi report and report is send to BI Inbox for one User. User was able to see the report in Inbox When he tries to open the webi report they are getting the following error. An internal error occured while calling 'processDPCommandsEx' API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270) I user Assiged Security rights given are Full Control If the same user is given admin rights they are able to see the report.

is it possible to use a user input control for more then one tab in a webI.
What I want to do is to create a webI with two tabs. When I create a user input control, then the filter only takes effect on one tab. for the second tab, I have to create another user input control.
Is there any solution for my problem?
After refreshing data in WEBI report yellow triangle is displayed with worning message 'Partial Results'.
WEBI report was built on top of MS SQL based universe and BOBJ version 4.0. Univers was built using Information Design Tool.
In Query properties 'Max Rows retrieved' and 'Max retrieval time' are unchecked.
What needs to be done to eliminate 'Partial Results' warning?
PS. Solution suggestions based on 3.x posts did not help

I am buiding a whole reporting package in WEBI 4.0 and I've run into an issue. I have several existing merged dimensions in the report (e.g. Month, Year, etc) I just recently added several new queries (from different universes) and would like to add the dimensions that came over to the existing merged dimensions. However, I am unable to do this unless I unmerge the existing merged dimension and then re-merge all the dimension members again. As soon as I unmerge though, many of my reports are completely messed up and would have to be rebuilt.
Is there a way to add new dimensions members to an existing merged dimension without having to unmerge first?

Am quite new to the use of WEBI as I have traditionally been brought up in a full client environment so am used to writing IF statements with THEN and ELSE commands. However I noted that the same functionality doesnt appear to exist in WEBI, so was wondering how one writes an IF statement against a variable which has four outputs which all need to be independently named. Have tried using ; between if statements but it only appears to allow me to use a maximum of two....

Hi,
I'm getting the following error when trying to create a webi report:
"ODBC Driver Manager
The specified DSN contains an architecture mismatch between the Driver and Application
IES 10901"
The steps followed are:
1. I've converted the eFashion universe from unv to unx
2. created a unx connection to MS Access 2010 ==> ODBC
3. created a Data Foundation table, select two tables, connect them with the ID, select primary key, and check integrity
4. create a semantic layer
5. check integrity
6. published the connection
7. change the connection of the Data Foundation to the published one
8. check integrity
9. publish the semantic layer
10. enter Platform BI
11. create a webi with the universe created in the previous steps
12. create a query and refresh it.
The Error arose. (see picture)
We have Bo 4.0
ODBC 64 bit (deleted it and created it again)
Any idea what i'm missing?

I am using SAP BO 4.0, working on webi reports.
I have a problem ,my webi runs very slow, it takes around 2-3 mins to open then also if i click on the window it hangs.For making any small change it takes 2-3 mins .Its really testing my patience.Its working like that from starting <working for last 3 months>
Please let me know what can be the issue for this behavior and also any resolution for the same.
