Error IES 10901 WIS 10901

Hi Experts,

I am making a dashboard using IDT. We have Oracle 11g at the back end and in the connections settings i am using Oracle Client to connect. I can successfully make the universe and can see the results overt here. But whenever i am trying to access that universe either from WEBI or DASHBOARD its giving the error "

Database error: (CS) "DBDriver failed to load : C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\dataAccess\connectionServer\drivers\lib64\dbd_oci.dll (The specified module could not be found.

)" . (IES 10901) (WIS 10901)"

Any idea what is going on? I am using the following environment:

BO 4.0 FP3 SP 04

Oracle 11g 64Bit

Oracle Client 64Bit
